sympathy for the devil?

We've spoken of God. So... what of the devil? What is the concept here? Is it a figure, an angel, a Catholic symbol, pagan god... is the 'devil' the form of evil? Is evil a man made concept?

How does evil work? What is evil? What does it look like? We always talk about Angels here...let's talk about devils. One friend of mine started a conversation with me asking me if I plan on doing Lucifer next, in my archangel series... it got me thinking. I told her that I didn't want to manifest the energy and that's why I avoided it...yet, I'm more powerful than that. There is nothing I fear on this level, so why fear manifestation. I am the power of my own mind and my mind says: Art is not life, in this case. So be it.

The Devil, to me is a catch-all phrase that neatly compacts millions of evil tangents. But let me ask you... does evil exist outside of human life? Are animals evil, or planets or solar systems? If one believes in Angels, then one more than likely believes in demons. Is the concept of devils subject to human thinking? What I believe in will be left out of this conversation. What I will talk about is the subject of evil.

I do believe I have come in contact with real evil. I've seen it in so many places. But the real deal...yes, I think I have met 'him', if 'he' were indeed a 'he'. Scientifically, the devil is the absence of Light, in my opinion. The absence of Light shed upon goodness. Without Light, nothing can be enlightened. Nothing can move. Evil...the lack of Light, if it had a mind...would snatch at Light, like a child dazzled by a shiny thing. Evil might be the magnetic field, like a black hole that attracts more evil to itself. Evil thrives in evil. It's strength reduced only with doses of Light.

Is evil charismatic? Is it beyond beautiful? Does it require charm and manipulation?

I do believe, that like 'the devil', evil's best work is done under trickery. Make us fools...that is the trick. Evil must convince us that it's not evil.

One thing I KNOW: I will never go down. There is no force in any world that can take me down. I will not go. I am that force that is permanently fixed in Light.

What do you think 'the devil' is? Call it what you want. Call it evil, make it religious, make it atheist, whatever you want. Know where I am coming from: I believe everything is math. The highest of the high and the lowest of the low can be explained numerically, according to D, so when you come at me with your explanations...know that I take no stance religiously. I only want to know, because that is what I'm here for: to document your responses...for all time.

So...what is evil?
